Anna Podgornaya (NIE Y3311356Z), trading as Handy Men Barcelona, is the data controller.

What we collect

We collect the contact, job, address, appointment, communication and photo information you provide, plus limited security data such as a protected IP fingerprint.

Why and how long

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare and perform requested services, maintain security and meet legal duties. Photos are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Request and communication records are retained for up to 24 months unless law or an active dispute requires longer.

Sharing and security

Data is shared only with hosting, email or service providers needed to operate the service, under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing hello@handy-men.es. You may also complain to the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
